99.915. Title — funding exclusions — act supersedes other inconsistent laws. — 1. Sections 99.915 to 99.1060 shall be known and may be cited as the "Missouri Downtown and Rural Economic Stimulus Act". 2. Nothing in sections 99.915 to 99.1060 shall be construed to provide any funding for the construction, maintenance, or operation of any sports stadium, arena, or related facility which has as its intended purpose use for spectator events which seats over ten thousand persons. 3. Insofar as the provisions of sections 99.915 to 99.1060 are inconsistent with the provisions of any other law, the provisions of sections 99.915 to 99.1060 shall be controlling.
