§ 105-163. 6A. Federal determinations.

If withholding-tax amounts are changed or corrected, G.S. 105-159 applies to employers, pension payers, and other payers required to withhold taxes under this Article. An employer’s noncompliance with this section does not affect an individual’s credit right under G.S. 105-163.10.
