Part 1022, including maintenance of active registration with the United States Department of Treasury Financial Crimes Enforcement Network. (5)Fail to comply with the Federal Electronic Funds Transfer Act, 12 U.S.C. § 1693, et seq., and Regulation E, 12 C.F.R. § 1005, et seq. (6)Fail to safeguard identifying information obtained in the course of money transmission and otherwise comply with the requirements set forth under G.S. 75-60, et seq.
