§ 1-360. 1. Execution on the property of debtors of judgment debtor.
If the clerk of superior court is satisfied that the debtor of the judgment debtor admitted holding the debtor’s property or owing the debtor more than $10 in a G.S. 1-360 proceeding, an execution must issue against that property or debt.
