§ 14-113. 16. Presumption of criminal receipt of goods and services fraudulently obtained.

A person who buys certain transportation tickets at a discount from someone other than an authorized agent, without making reasonable inquiry, is presumed to know the ticket was obtained in violation of G.S. 14-113.13(a).
