§ 53-395. Compensation of the Commissioner’s office.
The Commissioner’s office is entitled to recover actual expenses, including a reasonable sum for examiners and other agents, for services connected with the Subpart duties and liquidation of each State trust company. The Commissioner may set those expenses by rules or orders.
