§ 1-324. 3. Shares subject to execution; agent must furnish information.
A company officer who holds the books must, when shown a writ of execution, give a certificate of the defendant’s shares or interest. If the officer refuses, neglects, or knowingly gives a false certificate, the officer is liable to the plaintiff for the execution amount and costs.
