§ 53-342. Securities and other investments.

A state trust company may invest in equity or debt securities, but must keep at least 40% of equity capital in unencumbered cash, cash equivalents, and readily marketable securities unless the Commissioner allows less, and generally may not exceed 15% of equity capital in one issuer’s securities.
