§ 53-405. Naming of conservator not liquidation.

The Commissioner’s liquidation powers are not treated as possession, and if the Commissioner finds liquidation necessary for a State trust company with a conservator, the Commissioner must use the liquidation powers provided in Subpart B of Part 5.
