§ 10-616. Refunding bonds; issuance by annexing city or village.
A city or village that annexes part or all of certain districts and becomes liable for their bonds or warrants may exercise section 10-615 powers for those bonds and issue refunding bonds to call and redeem the warrants before maturity.
