§ 13-307. Joint facilities; bonds; authority of county board; eminent domain; powers.
If voters approve the submitted question or questions, the county board must act accordingly. Each county also has the power of eminent domain to acquire property for the purposes in section 13-304, exercised by the county board under sections 76-704 to 76-724.
