§ 8-1,105. Insolvent banks; reorganization or liquidation proceedings; district judge; jurisdiction.
In bank insolvency, liquidation, or reorganization proceedings, a district court judge may act in any county in the judge’s judicial district, and may do so in chambers with the same effect as in open court.
