§ 87-1304. Covered online service; provide safeguards for minors.

(2) A covered online service shall provide a covered minor with accessible and easy-to-use options to limit the amount of time the covered minor spends on the covered online service. (3) A covered online service shall establish default settings for the safeguards required by subsection (1) of this section at the option or level that provides the highest protection available for the safety of the covered minor.
