The physician, psychiatrist-supervised physician associate, or psychiatric mental health advanced practice registered nurse reasonably believes that a medical or psychiatric emergency exists; and II. The patient because of physical or mental condition is unable to make an informed decision, as defined in RSA 135-C:2, IX, with respect to the medical or psychiatric treatment offered; and III. No person who is legally responsible for the patient can be consulted or appointed; and IV. A reasonable person would consent to the administration of the emergency treatment.
