RSA 261:140-b. Use of Auto Wholesale Dealer Registration.

I. Auto wholesale dealer vehicle registration shall be used for motor vehicle business purposes only, on vehicles owned by the auto wholesale dealer which are being transported to the auto wholesale dealer's place of business, to another location for mechanical service, or to a wholesale or retail dealer. Such registration shall not be used for the retail demonstration of any vehicles. II. Personal use of auto wholesale dealer vehicle registration shall be prohibited. III. Vehicles owned by the auto wholesale dealer which are designed for and engaged in day to day business activities, including but not limited to the transportation of freight or merchandise, such as wreckers, service trucks, and auto parts delivery trucks, shall not be so registered.
