NMSA 1-10-9. Ballots; errors and omissions
If a printed ballot has an error or omission, a voter may petition the district court to order the county clerk to fix it or explain why it should not be fixed. Ballots with a candidate-name or office-designation printing error must still be counted for the candidate named in the nomination certificate.
