9-27-21. Central telecommunication network services; staff; budget. The telecommunications bureau of the enterprise services division of the department shall provide the staff and material necessary to properly and adequately operate the central telecommunication network. The budget for the central telecommunication network shall be approved as part of the total operating budget of the department.
