Agriculture Code § 122.152

Sec. 122.152. REGISTRATION OF INDEPENDENT TESTING LABORATORIES. (a) The department shall register independent testing laboratories authorized to conduct testing under Section 122.151(a)(3). (b) A laboratory is eligible for registration if the laboratory submits to the department proof of accreditation by an independent accreditation body in accordance with International Organization for Standardization ISO/IEC 17025 or a comparable or successor standard and any required fee. (c) The department shall annually prepare a registry of all independent testing laboratories registered by the department and make the registry available to license holders. (d) The department may charge a registration fee to recover the costs of administering this section. Added by Acts 2019, 86th Leg., R.S., Ch. 764 (H.B. 1325), Sec. 2, eff. June 10, 2019.
