Occupations Code § 1702.127

Sec. 1702.127. COMPANY LICENSE HOLDER EMPLOYEES; RECORDS. (a) A company license holder may be legally responsible for the conduct in the company license holder's business of each employee of the company license holder while the employee is performing assigned duties for the company license holder. (b) A company license holder shall maintain a record containing information related to the company license holder's employees as required by the commission. (c) A company license holder shall maintain for inspection by the department at the company license holder's principal place of business or branch office two recent color photographs, of a type required by the commission, of each applicant, individual license holder, commissioned security officer, and employee of the company license holder. (d) A company license holder shall maintain records required under this chapter at a physical address within this state and provide that address to the department.
