Atento: a lo informado por el Banco Central del Uruguay DECRETA: FIRMANTES: MENDEZ - VALENTIN ARISMENDI Artículo 1 Dispónese que para la actualización de la responsabilidad patrimonial neta mínima que deberán mantener las empresas bancarias privadas desde el 1º de julio de 1980, de conformidad con lo previsto en el artículo 7º del decreto 651/979, de 14 de noviembre de 1979, se tomará en cuenta la variación registrada en los cuatro meses anteriores al 1º de abril de 1980 en el Indice General de los Precios del Consumo elaborado por la Secretaría de Planeamiento, Coordinación y Difusión.
