Considerando: que es conveniente coordinar el funcionamiento de los servicios de asistencia jurídica que se prestan al personal militar, sin perjuicio de preservar para el mando la apreciación de las posibilidades fácticas y la conveniencia que en cada caso exista para disponer la referida asistencia. Atento: a los fundamentos expuestos y al informe favorable de la Asesoría Letrada del Ministerio de Defensa Nacional. El Presidente de la República, DECRETA: FIRMANTES: LACALLE HERRERA - MARIANO R.
