VISTOS: Visto: la necesidad de eliminar trabas a la libre actuación de los agentes económicos. Resultando: I) Que el decreto 183/989 día 20 de abril de 1989 derogó los decretos de 25 de julio de 1941 y 2 de setiembre de 1949, autorizando la exportación de maquinaria usada previa presentación de certificados extendidos por el Ministerio de industria, Energía y Minería y la Cámara de Industrias del Uruguay, en los que constara que la misma no era necesaria en el país. Considerando: I) Que el tratamiento existente para la exportación de maquinaria usada no se compadece con la actual política de libertad de comercio; II) Que se evaluó el régimen establecido en el decreto 183/989 de 20 de abril de 1989 y se constató que no resulta necesario requerir certificaciones previas a la exportación de maquinaria usada; III) Que los motivos expuestos justifican la derogación del decreto 183/989. Atento: a lo precedentemente expuesto y a lo aconsejado por la Oficina de Planeamiento y Presupuesto en el marco del Plan de Desregulación del Comercio Exterior y las Inversiones, El Presidente de la República DECRETA: FIRMANTES: LACALLE HERRERA - AUGUSTO MONTESDEOCA - ENRIQUE BRAGA SILVA Artículo 1 Derógase el decreto 183/989 de 20 de abril de 1989, referente a la autorización previa para la exportación de maquinaria usada. Artículo 2 El presente decreto entrará en vigencia a partir de su publicación en dos diarios de la Capital.
