Atento: a lo informado por la Dirección Nacional de Metrología Legal, el art. 13 del Tratado de Asunción, el art. 10 de la Decisión Nº 4/91 del Consejo de Mercado Común y la Recomendación Nº 5/93 del Subgrupo de Trabajo Nº 3 "Normas Técnicas". El Presidente de la República DECRETA: FIRMANTES: LACALLE HERRERA - EDUARDO ACHE Artículo 1 Se aplicará como control de contenido en mercaderías preacondicionadas el sistema de tolerancia y muestreo establecido en la Recomendación de la Organización Internacional de Metrología Legal Nº 87 (OIMRL -87) 1989. Artículo 2 La presente Resolución comenzará a regir a partir del 31 de diciembre de 1994. Artículo 3 Comuníquese, publíquese, etc.
