Artículo 2 Aféctase al Fondo de Reserva dispuesto por el artículo 3º del decreto 415/979 en N$ 1:876.000,00 (nuevos pesos un millón ochocientos setenta y seis mil) con destino al Proyecto que se habilita por este decreto.
