Baza për shkarkimin apo dorëheqjen e detyrueshme të secilit prej tyre përfshin, por nuk kufizohet me: a) vdekjen; b) paaftësinë mendore apo fizike; c) diskualifikimin sipas dispozitave të këtij ligji; d) deklarimin e falimentit apo paaftësisë paguese; e) mungesën e paarsyetuare nga tre mbledhje konsekutive dhe te rregullta të Rregullatorit; f) dënimin për kryerjen e një vepre penale; g) interesat e drejtpërdrejta personale, martesore apo familjare në një licencë të dhënë sipas dispozitave të këtij Ligji; apo h) përfitimet financiare të marra nga bizneset e rregulluara me këtë Ligj; 1.4 Drejtori dhe Zëvendësdrejtori, secili mund të japë dorëheqjen nga Rregullatori, nëse jep njoftim me shkrim të paktën tre (3) muaj para.
