Ankesat i drejtohen Panelit Zgjedhor për Ankesa dhe Parashtresa në bazë të legjislacionit në fuqi. 7.Të hyrat nga gjobat sipas këtij ligji derdhen në buxhetin e Republikës së Kosovës.
