Në pajtim me dispozitat e Kodit të Etikës dhe sjelljes profesionale të prokurorëve, prokurorët mund të angazhohen në shkrime profesionale dhe shkencore, por nuk mund të botojnë përmbajtjen relevante të dosjeve prokuroriale .gjatë apo pas përfundimit të funksionit prokurorial, përveç nëse kjo lejohet shprehimisht me ligj apo akt nënligjor, të lëshuar nga Këshilli. 4. Prokurorët dhe Kryeprokurorët, për aktivitetet e parapara në këtë nen pranojnë shpërblim, i cili nuk mund të tejkalojë vlerën prej njëzetepesë (25%) për qind të pagës bazë, dhe për këtë shpërblim prokurorët e njoftojnë Kryeprokurorin, kurse Kryeprokurorët e njoftojnë Këshillin.
