Statute overview
About this statute
This section gives the Act’s short title and says it is to be read with the principal Act. The Act replaces the definition of “collection agent” and lets the Minister appoint, by statutory instrument, a person or government department as a collection agent for any airport. This section amends section 3 by replacing two monetary amounts: “ten kwacha” becomes “twenty kwacha,” and “four kwacha” becomes “five kwacha.”
