Central Committee Members', Ministerial and Parliamentary Offices (Emoluments) (Amendment) Act, 1987

1. This Act may bo citod as tho Central Committee Sh.ort tit.le Members', Ministerial and Purliamonta.ry Offices (Emoluments) (Amendment) Act, 1087, and shall bo road as one with tho Central Committoo Members', Mir1istorial and Parliamentary Offices (Emoluments) Act, 1981, horoina.fter refened to as the principal Act.

2. This Act shall be deemed to have come in operation Commenoe, on the 1st No\"embor, l 986. ment

3. Section four of the principal Act is repealed and the RPpeaJ and plaoem .. nt re r o llBOtlon , followino is substituted therefor: • · -"b the Party an allowance of K3,600 por year.

4. (6) There shall bo paid to a. :\!ember of tho Central Committee of tho Party, a Minister and ,Junior Mi.nistor- (a) an oloctricity a.llowa.nco of Kl,200 per yoar; and (b) a. water allowance of K720 per yoar.

4.
