Section 4 is amended by replacing several specified monetary amounts in subsections (1) to (5). This section amends section five of the principal Act by replacing two monetary figures. The principal Act is amended by repealing the First Schedule and replacing it with new schedules in Appendix I and Appendix II, with Appendix II applying from 1 July 1990. This section repeals the Third Schedule and replaces it with the Third Schedule set out in Appendix III.
