Zambia Development Agency (Amendment) [No. 17 of2013 307 GOVER�MENT OF ZAMBIA ·----- ACT No. 17 of 2013 Date of Assent: 20th December, 2013 An Act to amend the Zambia Development Agency Act, 2006. [ 20th December, 2013 ENACTED by the Parliament of Zambia. 1. (I) This Act may be cited as the Zambia Development Agency (Amendment) Act, 2013, and shall be read as one with the Zambia Development Agency Act, 2006, in this Act referred to as the principal Act. (2) This Act shall come into operation on 1st January, 2014. Section f,jly-six of the principal Act is amended by the 2. insertion, immediately after the words "or product", of the words "in a multi-facility economic zone or an industrial park". 3. Section fifty-seven of the principal Act is amended in subsection (I) by - Enactment Short title and commcncancnt Act No. 11 of2006 Amendment of section 56 Amendment of section 57 (a) the deletion of paragraphs (b) and (c) and the substitution there for of the following: (h) a business enterprise conducting operations in- (i) (ii) a priority sector in a multi-facility economic zone or an industrial park; or in respect of a priority product manufactured in a multi-facility economic zone or an industrial park; or; and (b) the re-numbering of paragraph (d) as paragraph (c). 4. Section sixty-nine of the principal Act is amended by the insertion, immediately after subsection (3), of the following new subsection: Amendment of section 69 Single copies of this Act may be obtained from the Government Prinle1; l'.O.
