1. This Ordor may cited as tho Control of Goods (Price Title Control) (Traditional Boer Prices) Or<lel', 1980.

2. In this Ordor, unless the context othcnYise requires- " .h0ney beer " means any potable liquid contain.mg more than three per centum but not more than thirLoen per centum of proof spirits "hich is derived from the fermentation of a mixture of horn�y and water; Interpreta­ tion " traditional beer " means- ( a) a drink which is brewed from grain or other vegetable matter and is commonly known as l@cal beor, Lusaka beer, ulrn·alwa, mowa, walwa, bucwala, bukoko or chibuku; (b) honey beer; and (c) such other intoxicating liquor as the Minister may, by statutory no Lice, prescribe. 3. No pel'son shall sell. offer or expose for sale, whether by wholesale oe retail, tradil ional boor at a price oxceocling the appropriate maximum pri�e set out in tho Schedule hereto.
