Control of Goods (Price Control) (Wheat Flour and Bread Prices) Order, 1980

1. This Order may be cited as the Control of Goods (Price Control) (Wheat Flour and Bread Prices) Order, 1980. Title Maximum price of flour o.nd brca.d, eto. 2. No person shall sell, offer or expose for sale anywhere in Zambia, whether by wholesale or reta.il- (a) wheat flour of any type or description or bearing a brand or descriptive name, or in a pack or unit of quantity, different from that described or specified in the Schedule hereto; (b) bread or buns of any type or description or bearing any brand or descriptive name, or any weight, size or shape, different from that described or specified in the Schedule hereto; unless and until the appropriate maximum price therefor has been approved in writing by the Price Controller or at a price exceeding the maximum price so approved.

3. The Control of Goods (Wheat Flour and Bread Prices) Order, 1975, and the Control of Goods (Price Control) (Wheat Flour and Bread Prices) Order, 1979, are hereby revoked. R-Ovooa.tion ofS.I.
