This Order may be cited as the Control of Goods (Price Control) (Tyres and Tubes Prices) Order, 1981. Title 2. In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires- " tyros and tubes " moans tyres and tubes of any size and type manufactured by any company in Zambia, and includes cycle tyres and tubes. Intorpreta tion 3. No person shall sell, offer or expose for sale, any size or type of tyres and tubes set out in column l of the Schedule hereto at a price exceeding- Maximum i:;ellillg price (a) in the case of sales by a manufacturer, the price, which includes sales tax, shown directly opposite thereto in column 2 of the said Schedule; (b) in the case of sales by retail, the price shown directly opposite thereto in column 3 of the said Schedule. 4. No person shall sell, offer or expose for sale, any size or type of tyres and tubes not included in the Schedule unless tho maximum price thereof has been approved in WI·iting by tho Price Controller. :Prohibition of certain sales 5.
