High Court Sessions Order, 1982

1. This Order may be cited as the High Court Sessions Title Order, 1982.

2. Sessions of the High Court shall normally be held a.t the places, and shall normally commence on the days, specified in the Schedule hereto.

Seeaione to bo held by a Judge stationed at Livingstone: (a) Southern Province: To be held at Livingstone on tho eeoond Monday in Marob, Juno and September, and on the first Monday in Dooomber. (b) Weetem Province: To be held at Mongu on tho eooond Monday in February, May and August. Sessions to be hold in the Copporbolt Province : (a) Sessions to be hold by A Judgo stationed at Ndola: To be held at Ndola on the drat Monday in each month with the except.ion of July and August, and on the eoeond Monday in July and August. (b) Sessions to be held by a Judgo stationed at Kitwe: To be held at Kitwo on the first Monday in oaeh month with tho exception of July and August, and on tho second Monday in July 11nd August. Sessions to be hold by such Judgo as the Chief Justice may determine: (a) North-Weetem Provinoo: To be hold at Solwo:r.i on tho flrst Monday in Juno. (b) Northern Province: To bo held nt Kasama on the third Tuesday in April, ond on tho first Tuesday in October. (c) Luapula Province: To bo hold at Manso on the fourth Monday in January, and on the eoeond Monday in July. (d) Eastern Province: To bo held at Chipata on tho socond Monday in February and July, and drat Monday in October.
