Control of Goods (Import Licence Fees) (Exemption) Notice, 1989

1. This Notice may be cited as the Control of Goods (Import Licence Fees) (Exemption) Notice, 1989.

2. The organisation specified in Part I of the Schedule shall be exempt from the payment of import licence fees under section three A of the Act in respect of the goods specified in Parr II of the Schedule. 0

3. The goods in respect of which exemption has been granted under paragraph 2 sh all not be sold or disposed of to any person, organisation or agency not entitled to that e xemption except with the written consent of the Minister and upon payment of the import licence fee in respect of the goods sold or disposed of at the rate prevailing on the date of that sale or disposal.
