These Regulations may be cited as Lhc PrivatisaLion (PoliLical Leaders and Public Officers) (Bidding) (Amendment) Regulations, 1995, and shall be read as one with Lhc Privatisation (Political Leaders and Public Officers) (Bidding) Regulations, 1994, in Lhese Regulations referred 10 as the principal Regulations. 2. Regulation two of the principal Regulations is amended­ (a) in the definitionof" political leader" in sub-regulation (1), by the deletion or "or their spouses"; (b) in the definition or "public officer" in sub-regulation (1 ), by the deletion or "or Lhcir spouses ".
