These Regulations may be cited as the Casino (Licence Title Fees) (Suspension) Regulations, 2001. Sun International Limited’s licence fees are suspended down to the amounts in the Schedule. A charge of 5% of gross revenue applies for each quarter during the first year after the licence starts operating. The amount is 10% of gross revenue for each quarter in the second year after the licence operation starts.
