Supplement to the Republic ofZambia Government Gazette dated Friday. 14th June. 2002 113 GOVERNMENT OF ZAMBIA STATUTORY INSTRUMENT No. 39 OF 2002 The Pension Scheme Regulation Act (Act No. 28 of I 996) The Pension Scheme (Offshore Investments) Regulations, 2002 IN EXERCISE of the powers contained in sections twenty-five and formy­ six of the Pension Scheme Regulation Act. and in consultation with the Minister responsible for labour and social security and the Registrar, the following Regulations are hereby made: I. These Regulations may be cited as the Pension Scheme 1itle (Offshore Investments) Regulations, 2002. 2. An application for offshore investments under section twenty­ five shall be submitted to the Registrar in form PRT 3 set out in the Schedule to these Regulations.
