Supplement to the Republic o(Zambia Government Gazette dated Wednesday. 28th January. 2004 7 GOVERNMENT OF ZAMBIA STATUTORY INSTRUMENT No. 4 OF 2004 The Chiefs Act (Laws, Volume 16, Cap. 287) The Chiefs (Recognition) (No. 3) Order, 2004 WHEREAS the President is satisfied that the person named in the Schedule to this Order is entitled to hold office specified therein as required by subsection (2) of section three of the Chiefs Act: Now THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers contained in section three of the Chiefs Act, the following Order is hereby made: I. This Order may be cited as the Chiefs (Recognition) (No. 3) Title Order, 2004. 2. The person named in the Schedule is hereby recognised as being, within the area in Zambia described in the Schedule, the holder of the office specified in the Schedule.
