7th March, 20 I 3 Statuto,y Instruments 93 GOVERNMENT OF ZAMBIA STATUTORY INSTRUMENT No. 25 OF 2013 The Chiefs Act (Laws, Volume I 6, Cap. 287) The Chiefs (Withdrawal of Recognition) Order, 2013 WHEREAS the President is satisfied, after due inquiry, that the person named in the Schedule to this Order has ceased to be entitled under African Customary Law to hold the office specified therein: Now THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers contained in section four of the Chiefs Act, the following Order is hereby made: I. This Order may be cited as the Chiefs (Withdrawal of Title Recognition) Order, 2013, 2. The recognition accorded under the Act to the person named in the Schedule is hereby withdrawn.
