(5) The Authority shall, where it revokes the accreditation of a higher education institution, publish a notice of revocation in the Gazette and a daily newspaper of general circulation in Zambia. (6) The Authority shall cancel the notice of intention to revoke accreditation of a higher education institution if the Authority is satisfied that the higher education institution has put in place necessary measures to comply with these Regulations. (7) A higher education institution which is subject to a notice under this regulation shall meet the Authority’s administration costs and other expenses incurred in the enforcement of this regulation.
