About this statute

These Regulations may be cited as the Preservation of Public Title Security Regulations, 2017. These Regulations apply only to the parts of Zambia listed in the Schedule, except where otherwise provided. This section defines terms used in the regulations. A proper officer may issue orders limiting or prohibiting meetings, speakers, and sound amplification in the prescribed area, and may disperse meetings held in breach of those orders. The President may prohibit certain religious solicitation or teaching activities by order, and a person who breaks such an order commits an offence.
