These Regulations may be cited as the Urban and Regional Title Planning (Planning Appeals Tribunal) Regulations, 2018. 2. The Planning appeals tribunals set out in the First column of the Schedule are constituted as planning appeals tribunals for the provinces set out in the Second column of the Schedule.
