(1) An owner of a pig that was slaughtered and destroyed or otherwise disposed of prior to the commencement of this Order in order to control and eradicate the African Swine Fever outbreak in Luapula, Muchinga and Northern Provinces in 2017 and 2018, may claim compensation by submitting to the Director a claim in the form set out in the Schedule.
