About this statute
This section gives the Order’s title, start date, and revocation date. A person must not manufacture, sell, distribute, import, or unlawfully display a machete or knife, except goods in transit through Zambia to another country. An authorised officer may enter premises and seize or detain suspected machetes, knives, other instruments, and related property, including transporting conveyances, until the court decides disposal. A person who breaches paragraph 2 commits an offence.
