This provision gives the short title of the Order and says it is to be read together with the 2020 principal Order. This provision amends the principal Order by revoking paragraph 11 and replacing it with new text. Employers must pay qualifying drivers a subsistence allowance when they spend the night away from home for the employer’s business. This provision amends the principal Order by revoking paragraph 14 and replacing it with new text. An employer must pay a risk allowance to a truck driver of dangerous goods or abnormal load: 15 ngwee per kilometre for local trips and 8 ngwee per kilometre for international trips.
