Cuando el Ingeniero Jefe del Servicio Forestal aprueba la clasificación indicada, debe ordenar una anotación preventiva en el Registro de la Propiedad para cada finca o derecho de los grupos C y D. El Servicio Forestal puede rectificar la clasificación y ordenar nuevas anotaciones preventivas o cancelar las ya practicadas, antes de que empiece el período de vista y con informe previo del Abogado del Estado.
