Statute overview
About this statute
La administración concursal puede pedir al juez que se aplaze el pago de la indemnización del alto directivo hasta que la sentencia de calificación sea firme. Changes to conditions in applicable collective agreements are allowed only for matters permitted by labor law and, in any case, require agreement from the workers’ legal representatives. The effects of a bankruptcy declaration on administrative contracts made by the bankrupt party with public administrations are governed by special legislation. If there is no specific rule, the effects of insolvency on private contracts made by the debtor with public administrations or other public-sector entities are governed by this law. The bankruptcy estate includes all assets and rights in the debtor’s estate at the date of the bankruptcy declaration, plus those recovered or acquired before the procedure ends. Legally unattachable assets and rights are excluded.
